Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and every purchase you make from Lunar Heart, a Nevada-based clothing brand and car club (“Lunar Heart”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order.
• We work to show products accurately, but colors vary between screens and measurements are approximate.
• Drops are limited and can sell out at any time. We may limit how many of an item one customer can buy.
• If a price, description or stock count is wrong, we can correct it — including after you order (see below).

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. Until then, we can refuse or cancel any order — for example because of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or bulk buying for resale — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use that payment method.

• We currently ship to US addresses only.
• Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times after that are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees.
• You're responsible for entering a correct, complete shipping address. Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly aren't refundable; if one is returned to us, we'll reship it once you pay the new postage.
• Once the carrier marks a package delivered to the address on the order, responsibility for it passes to you. We aren't responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, or for carrier delays, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

• You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Decals and stickers must be unapplied and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is your cost, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return arrives and passes inspection. The original shipping charge isn't refunded.
• If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, for a replacement or a full refund including shipping.
• Items marked final sale, applied decals, and returns that arrive worn, washed or damaged can't be refunded. We'll send them back at your cost.

Installing decals or any accessory is at your own risk. We aren't responsible for damage to paint, glass, wraps, trim or any other surface, during installation or removal. You're responsible for making sure anything you add to your vehicle complies with the laws where you drive, including rules on window coverings and markings.

• Points have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
• Points from orders that are returned or refunded are removed.
• We can change how points are earned or redeemed, or end the program, by updating this page.
• We can remove points and close accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
• Keep your login secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.

Lunar Heart celebrates cars and the people who build them — not reckless driving. We don't organize, sponsor or condone street racing, stunts on public roads, or any other illegal activity.

• Any meet, cruise or event you attend — whether or not we host it — is at your own risk. Obey all traffic laws and the rules of the venue.
• You're solely responsible for your vehicle, your driving and your conduct. We aren't liable for injury, damage, fines or loss arising from them.
• We can remove anyone from our events, group chats and social spaces at our discretion.

The Lunar Heart name, crescent logo, designs, photos and everything else on this site belong to us. Buying a product doesn't give you the right to copy, reproduce or resell its design.

When you tag us or send us photos of your car or our gear, you let us repost them on our site and social channels with credit, free of charge. Ask and we'll take a post down.

Don't use bots or scripts to buy, scrape the site, interfere with how it works, or use it for fraud. We can block access and cancel orders connected to that kind of activity.

What we collect. When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you bought. When you join our list or open a ticket: your email and what you send us. We also measure page visits with Vercel Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.

Who we share it with. Only the services that run the store: Stripe (payments and fraud prevention), shipping carriers and print partners (to deliver your order), Vercel (hosting), Neon (our database) and Cloudflare (bot checks). Stripe and Cloudflare may collect information about your activity across sites to prevent fraud and abuse.

What we don't do. We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, open a ticket on our Help page. Changes to how we handle data will be posted here with a new effective date.

The site and our products are provided “as is”. Except where the law requires otherwise, we make no warranties beyond what these terms say.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lunar Heart isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim is about. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

You agree to cover Lunar Heart for claims and costs that arise from your breaking these terms, misusing our products, or your conduct at any meet or event.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. If a dispute comes up, contact us first — most things can be sorted out quickly. Anything that can't will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and orders are covered by the terms in place when they were placed. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
